We are excited to welcome our new Channel Marketing Manager, Oliver Vicente, to the team! Oliver will be focusing on Rainier’s shade products, which we manufacture in our Seattle, WA, and Charlotte, NC facilities, and sell directly to consumers in the Puget Sound region, as well as distribute across the country through our network of dealers.
Prior to joining Rainier, Oliver spent 5 years as Global Marketing Director leading the marketing efforts for Diono, another local Pacific Northwest company. Before moving to the Seattle area, he spent 14 years in New Jersey where he held various positions of increasing responsibility at Groupe SEB USA and GlaxoSmithKline. In these different roles, Oliver managed both tactical and strategic marketing efforts, including new product launches and multi-year marketing plans for multiple consumer brands. He studied marketing at the University of Zaragoza’s School of Economics and Business Administration in Spain, and at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland.
In this new role, Oliver will lead marketing efforts for Rainier’s consumer-targeted campaigns, and using that knowledge, can support shade dealers across the U.S. in their consumer-directed marketing. We have a reputation for quality products and stellar service, and with the concentrated effort of our new Channel Marketing Manager, we proudly provide more focused marketing support.
