Dear Friends of Rainier,
Hope you are all off to a wonderful spring season! While spring has arrived to most of the country, we are still waiting patiently here in the Pacific Northwest. Between sunny and snowy days, our shops are buzzing with work. Springtime keeps us busy with traveling exhibits we build for the summer season and this year is no exception. One exhibit you should check out is the “Discover Wine with Robert Mondavi” brought to you by the great folks at Grand Central Marketing of New York. The Tour kicks off on May 9th at the Taste Addison in Addison, Texas.
Spring does mark the beginning of everyone’s favorite pastime, baseball. This year was a treat as the Rainier team worked very hard throughout the winter getting the Seattle Mariners Safeco Field ready for the season. Read more...

Rainier is on the Move
We are very pleased to announce that Rainier is moving our facilities to a brand new location next door. While the move is not far, it promises to be a tremendous facility and a huge improvement. With over 140,000 square feet, we will have significantly more capacity to better serve our customers. In addition, we are outfitting the building with loads of new state of the art equipment. We will even have a yurt village to showcase these wonderful products! We are very excited to get into our new home and to invite you all to visit—an open house will be announced soon. The plan is to be in our new facility by early July.
Another Rainier announcement is that we have successfully completed a recent ISO 9001 surveillance audit. It was the first audit after our Registration audit in 2007 and according to the Inspector: “I expected to see some progress with the use of the Quality Management System, but I would have never thought that it would have been as smooth as it is. I know that it requires a lot of hard work and strong management commitment to get these procedures into place and used effectively.” We are very proud of our dedicated employees here at Rainier.
That wraps up another edition of the Rainier E-Newsletter. Thanks again for all the fantastic and challenging work you bring to us. We really enjoy it. Have a great spring and look for our next eNewsletter that will come to you live from our new official headquarters, one block to the north. Until then swing easy and no three putts.
Respectfully,
Bruce W. Dickinson
