The Rainier Family GrowsWelcome to Mark Losh, who joined the Rainier team as Sales Manager. Mark is a seasoned sales executive, specializing in team management and developing sales professionals. He has been a corporate sales trainer for teams as large as 500 and is experienced in taking rookies and turning them into high-performers. Jim Biehl joins our managerial staff to oversee our manufacturing of the Rainier Screen System. He comes to us from Tacoma Tent and Awning, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, having worked in the industry for over thirty years, doing everything from installations to sales to production management. In the past fifteen years, Jim has focused on the development of commercial tents for the rental and special events marketplace. In addition to the tent and awning industry, Jim has an impressive background in the world of yacht racing, and is a self-proclaimed “car-guy,” participating in car club driving tours and show events. In his spare time, Jim enjoys photography and traveling with his family, including two daughters and a grandson. Colin Dickinson recently started working at Rainier as an account manager, but he is not new to Rainier, having worked in customer service, purchasing, and the display shop during his collegiate years. He is a recent graduate of Washington State University, where he studied advertising and history and was an active participant in his fraternity. Colin is known around the office for bringing a sense of humor into his everyday tasks, but he takes his work seriously and is excited to evolve in his role at Rainier. Colin stays busy outside the office with soccer, snowboarding, and world travels. Jennie Campbell is Rainier’s new marketing assistant, supporting such small feats as our eNewsletter. She holds a degree in creative writing from the University of Washington, and worked at Rainier while finishing school, in the glamorous positions of receptionist and filing clerk. In her spare time, Jennie enjoys yoga, and is a certified yoga instructor, and plays the piano. Customer Service SpotlightDanielle Gonzalez has worked in the customer service department at Rainier for almost four years. She was hired as a receptionist, and quickly moved up the ranks to her current position, where she provides excellent support to all our Rainier Screen customers. Danielle is meticulous in her work, making her a stellar representative for our screen products and also for the administrative support she provides in keeping up our Quality Management System. When she’s not working, Danielle enjoys baking with her son, reading, and, of course, shopping. |
