Rainier Welcomes New Team Members

If you have called our office lately, you have probably heard the dulcet voice of our receptionist, Kelsea Hartnell. In addition to being the face of Rainier, Kelsea has been instrumental in implementing our new customer relationship management software, and provides back up administrative support to our screen dealers.  Kelsea brings with her several years of customer service and sales experience from her previous job at Nordstrom.  Outside the office, Kelsea spends her time with beloved dogs, Lucy and Buddy, and planning her impending nuptials.

Joe Duenn joined the Rainier team as a production lead in our Shade Division.  He works alongside Jim Biehl to keep orders flowing through the department.  Joe hails from Orcas Island in Washington’s San Juan Islands.  Before coming to Rainier, he coached high school sports teams, and worked as a carpenter.  After work, he enjoys sporting activities and spending time outdoors.

Dineen Tallering joins us as an account manager and business developer on the East Coast.  We first met Dineen when she was publishing TheHomeMag and sold us advertising space.  She graduated with a degree in retailing from Syracuse, worked as a buyer for a major department store, then went over to the sales side working for a manufacturer, which evolved into becoming a business development specialist for high tech companies.  In her spare time, Dineen enjoys kickboxing, cooking, and fixing “just about anything I can get my hands on.”  She is excited to be a part of the Rainier team, where she can apply her retail, high technology and printing experiences and focus on developing east coast business for display graphics.
