Unclaimed Goods

Customer property that remains unclaimed for over 90 days may be disposed of or salvaged at Rainier’s option.  If that customer has an open receivable, any residual salvage value will be applied towards that debt.  If there is disposal cost of removing unclaimed property, Rainier reserves the right to pass that cost along to that customer.
