Rainier Industries provides quality display, shade, and shelter products to satisfied customers around the world. Rainier was founded in 1896 and is one of the 100 oldest businesses in Washington state. Being a company founded in the nineteenth century, we base decisions on a long-term philosophy without compromising short-term constraints – we always try to do the right thing. We build and nurture long-term relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
We are a unique middle market manufacturing company and sell to a marquee and diverse customer base. We are known for superior quality products and as the best alternative for our clients. Customers come first at Rainier; We do our best to earn trust and make sure no customer is left behind. Our goal is to make customers happy. We utilize our ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system to assure products are built correctly, customers are satisfied, and for continuous improvement.
The Rainier team works hard and has fun. We work as One Team and make every effort to be easy to do business with. We hire good people and work to grow each of them to become better. We are fortunate to have many employees that have been here for 10, 20, and over 30 years. Rainier has an active Safety Committee who work to reinforce our goal of no recordable injuries - no job is so important or so urgent that we cannot take the time to do it safely.
Our main office and west coast manufacturing plant is near Seattle, Washington. We also have an east coast manufacturing facility in Statesville, North Carolina, a sales office in Portland, Oregon, and sales representatives based in Dallas, Texas, and Orlando, Florida.
