At the end of the calendar year, the winners of our monthly and quarterly Top Teammate award are eligible for the TOP top recognition: Top Teammate of the Year! The award was presented at our annual holiday party, and we’re happy to congratulate Esther Acuna from our Tukwila office and Ger Vue in Statesville!!
Esther Acuna 
Esther is one of our Project Managers and was chosen to receive the award for consistently exemplifying our Rainier values, and for the tremendous impact she has had at Rainier. Last year’s winner, Qui Nguyen, presented her with the award.
Ger works on the production of fabric panels for screens in the North Carolina plant and has been a reliable teammate since 2013. Her exceptional work with Shade Fabric helps the NC Plant deliver great results.
Two additional individuals were recognized for their hard work this year:
Manager of the Year: Matt Bernet
Matt accepted his award from 2200 miles away via Facetime! He is the plant manager of our Statesville location. Being so far away he also wears many hats to support his team and does them all well.
Salesperson of the Year: Chris Smith
Chris led our Retail team in sales, including the single highest revenue retail job. He was also the Top Teammate in April of last year.
